Overview

The BMW Championship carries on a rich tradition that began in 1899 with the Western Golf Association's first championship. As the third leg of the FedEx Playoffs, the BMW Championship is pivotal in determining the players that qualify for the TOUR Championship and the right to compete for the chance to be crowned the 2011 FedExCup Champion.

The 2012 BMW Championship will take place at the Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel, Indiana. Only the top 70 golfers on the PGA Tour are invited to the third play-off tournament of the FedExCup. World class golf and extreme tension are guaranteed as the stars battle to qualify for the season finale.
